The Germany-France cross-border route between Dillingen (Saar) and Bouzonville normally sees passenger trains only as far as Niedaltdorf in Germany. However, special services operate over the whole route on a couple of dates per year, including to a Good Friday market in Bouzonville. Three DB class 628 diesel units stand at Bouzonville on Good Friday, 18 April, 2003 having arrived at 14:36 from Dillingen. The two country flags can be seen on the front of the train.
